FC Emmen was close to a stunt last Sunday. The home game against Feyenoord started still lousy, with a fast 0-2 deficit. Emmen, however, came back nicely to 2-2. The equalizer was well worth the sight. Sergio Pena convincingly shot the ball into the cross. After the break, Emmen even took a 3-2 lead. However, it could not be pulled over the line. Trainer Dick Lukkien could only conclude afterwards that his team had done well in itself. Emmen is still not nearly complete. For example, key player Anco Jansen is still missing.
