Dordrecht vs Graafschap Prediction & Betting tips
In recent years FC Dordrecht fought against degradation, but now appears to be connected to the broad subtop. A few places higher is De Graafschap, which has started quite a bit.
Dordrecht :
Trainer Gerard de Nooijer saw this week appearing Norichio Nieveld on the fields of FC Dordrecht. The defender with a past at Feyenoord, Excelsior and PEC Zwolle saw last summer’s contract at Go Ahead Eagles not being extended. Nieveld is currently busy with his studies as a lawyer, but sees himself financially required to continue playing football. He was very proud of the Stentor to actually deal with the football world. Whether he is in Dordrecht, is not known yet.
The match against Telstar was very important as the Velsen-Zuid club also started well. Although FC Dordrecht started quite well, Telstar quickly took over the initiative. This resulted in a penalty shootout when US striker Andrija Novakovich willingly went to the ground. After this, you could see that the players were more pleased when Mohammed Osman finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. Goalkeeper Renze Fij could only look at the ball. De Nooijer saw Toine van Huizen making a corner 3-0, which was a good result.
Despite the fact that the defeat was deserved, De Nooijer will have left a sour aftertaste to this duel. FC Dordrecht scored seven points from the three duels to hit Telstar and thus they seemed to fit in a good shape. Telstar was in front of this duel three places under the Dordrechters and so there was good hope in three points. It meant the third defeat in nine games, which makes it possible for FC Dordrecht to start this season.
Graafschap :
Not only FC Dordrecht, the season has started well. Also in Doetinchem there is little right to complain after nine duels. It’s all a bit on the volatile side, but De Graafschap seems to have less defeat this season than last season. Only the home game against MVV was lost and so the Achterhoekers speak of a reasonable start. This was continued in last weekend’s matches.
In the game against Go Ahead Eagles, it was not boring at all. The county certainly played very good football in the first half. Trainer Henk de Jong made his team play offensive and where one had expected a lead for the Superboys, Pieter Langedijk just made it 0-1. In the second company De Graafschap came up well. After a short tussle with the game, Sjoerd Ars was able to knock the ball home.
The game had the necessary load. After all, it’s a big year since this duel ran out of control. Supporters of De Graafschap went to the Go Ahead Eagles players after the Play-Off match. This duel was therefore seen as a major risk contest. Prior to the game some fireworks were thrown out, but it continued.
