England vs Italy Prediction & Betting tips

For a lot of practice internals you generally do not make time. However, if England takes it up in London against Italy, it is a reason to turn on the TV, because both countries have a rich history and currently have a number of world-class players.

England:

England is of course coming summer at the World Cup. The English were able to easily qualify for Russia in a group with Slovakia and Scotland as the biggest competitors. Italy:

With Italy we have the most noticeable absent at the World Cup. The Italians finished second in their group behind Spain and had to recognize their multiple in Sweden in the playoffs. For the first time since 1958 the Azzurri will not be active on a world championship and that is of course a big loss. Especially because the Italians reached the final at the European Championships in 2012, but four years ago Italy did not do too well at the World Cup. In a group with Costa Rica, Uruguay and England both Italy and England did not survive and that is very striking.

At the next European Championships the Italians hope to be there again. Unfortunately for the Azzurri it takes some time before that qualification starts and so the Italians have to do it for the time being with insignificant exhibition games. The Italian Football Federation has at least two nice opponents for the practice matches, because last week Italy played against Argentina and on Tuesday the game against England is on the program. In Manchester, however, Italy lost 2-0 to Argentina, but the Argentinians were only able to score both goals in the last fifteen minutes.

It was striking that Gianluigi Buffon against Argentina was on the goal. The already 40-year-old goalkeeper had indicated after the qualification to stop at the national team, but has again made himself available for interim national coach Luigi di Biagio. The question is, however, whether it is not more sensible to put AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma on the goal at Italy, as Buffon has had his best time with the national team. However, it is also expected that Di Biagio will not start with the same team as against Argentina, but that other players will be preferred.
