Leicester vs West Brom Prediction & Betting tips
Leicester City needs the points very hard, otherwise it could suddenly get into a degradation battle. Problem: West Bromwich Albion is not a charity.
Leicester:
Last year, Leicester City ended the season well under Craig Shakespeare, but Leicester is now in a somewhat deeper valley. Leicester City also finished the season “nice” (it became a champion) but the beginning of the next year began very moderate. It eventually cost Claudio Ranieri his job, which led to indignant reactions from the football world. However, it would not be strange if, over time, Shakespeare’s chairpots were to be sawn.
Leicester is still in trouble and should pinch his hands with a dot in the previous game round. A visit to AFC Bournemouth was played with 0-0 and it was Bournemouth that remained frustrated. Leicester had a great chance in the second half, but did not spend on Shinji Okazaki, but the best and most chances were for Bournemouth. There was only one team that deserved to win and that was not Leicester, which also went well when Graham Scott, the referee, refused to give a 100% penalty to Bournemouth for Danny Simpson’s hands.
Leicester City should actually win the match if it wanted to take more distance from the degradation zone. At present Leicester is still in a very favorable place and the match against West Bromwich Albion must actually be won. You can say that there is some pressure on the boiler.
West Brom:
Tony Pulis flares the art time and time again, and now it must be strange to want to demolish West Bromwich Albion. Of course, the season is still young, but WBA has so far shown in almost every game that it can at least withstand the opposition. So far, it has yielded nine points in seven games. If WBA continues on this footing, it ends well in the middle leg.
West Bromwich Albion was very close to a three-point home in two weeks ago when it received Watford. In injury time, it was still 2-1 for WBA, which resulted in a 2-0 lead in the first half. Michael Oliver however gave a (free-kicked) free kick to Watford (according to Tony Pulis), which was subsequently incorporated by Richarlison (who else, by the way). Watford started the game better than WBA, but the first two good opportunities for WBA were immediate. As far as the relationships on the field were concerned, the draw was a good result.
Nevertheless, a dot while you actually had a view on the full mep remains very disappointing. Sometimes it’s true, sometimes it’s up to it. Due to the late draw, WBA has won six more consecutive races (all competitions) and six of them lost just over half. In addition, WBA has failed to hold zero in five of those six games, so the upcoming matches will be very spicy for WBA. Nevertheless, WBA is undoubtedly superlative.
