Bulgaria U19 :
The U19 from Bulgaria left behind in the qualification Bosnia-Herzegovina, Israel and France. The fact that the French are not qualified is not a sensation, as France only took one point out of the three qualifying matches against Israel. As a great underdog Bulgaria hoped for the famous outsider chances in this tournament, but a withdrawal is almost already decided thing. The European Championship could hardly have started for Bulgaria. In the opening game against England, the ball was not even one minute in their own box. A similar picture emerged at the beginning of the second half, when it was not three minutes before the English met for the second time. In the end it was 0-2 from Bulgarian point of view, although it was a balanced game and the Bulgarians had as many chances as the English.
It was no longer equal in the second game against Germany. After 20 minutes, Bulgaria were 2-0 behind, with the team losing 3-0. However, it must be mentioned that two of the three contenders fell by penalty. Nevertheless, there was nothing to complain about, as in the entire ninety minutes Bulgaria did not give a single shot at the goal of the Germans. All five deals went in part far to the German box.
